Leader Create More Leaders
Leaders Connect 360° Foundation was born from a simple yet powerful idea: that leaders should create more leaders. Founded by Mr. Prakash Sharma and Ms. Lakshmi Aravinda, the Foundation has grown from a weekly online gathering to a pan-India movement spanning 260+ episodes, 19 Rocket Goals events, and a community of 1,800+ professionals.
The Foundation is a hybrid Leadership Community — combining the reach of online weekly episodes with the energy of in-person Rocket Goals events — creating a unique 360° ecosystem for continuous leadership development.
The members of the Leadership Community actively conduct awareness campaigns in Schools and Colleges on the Four Sets of Goals, thereby creating more leaders in society.
