Terms & Conditions — Leaders Connect 360° Foundation

These Terms are a starting template and should be reviewed by your legal advisor before going live.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for membership, registering for events, or making a donation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership

Membership tiers, benefits and pricing are described on the Membership page and may be updated from time to time. Free membership grants access to community resources; paid memberships grant additional benefits as listed. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

3. Events

Event details, dates and venues may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of any changes. Paid event registrations are subject to the refund policy below.

4. Donations & 80G

Donations to Leaders Connect 360° Foundation are voluntary and support the Foundation's programs. As an 80G-certified Government Registered Trust, eligible donations qualify for tax deduction. A PAN number is required to issue a valid 80G receipt (Form 10BE). Tax benefits are subject to applicable Income Tax laws.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations: Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review the request.
Paid events: Cancellations requested at least 7 days before an event may be eligible for a refund, less any processing fees. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable once benefits have been accessed.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the LC 360° logo, episode recordings, and written material — is the property of Leaders Connect 360° Foundation unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Foundation provides content and events for educational and community purposes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.
